PREGNANCY PACKAGES

PREGNANCY PACKAGES:
All pregnancy packages are available on demand only. Once you select the right package for where you’re at with your pregnancy, you’ll have these videos for the entire duration of that time period. For example, the prenatal pilates videos will be available to you for 35 weeks. The post natal 0-6 weeks pilates will be available to you for 6 weeks. These packages are for the Mama’s who want to do things on their own time and are sufficient in completing the videos each week and do not need feedback about their movements.

My 1:1 sessions are for the woman who’s tired of guessing, overwhelmed by information, or feeling disconnected from her body after birth or while trying to conceive.
